Personal training businesses, like any other business, are much more sustainable when they retain clients. In this session, explore top-level strategies to inspire, enlighten, encourage and retain your current community of clients.

Participants will:

• Identify the seasonality peaks and valleys of the fitness industry per their own business;
• Construct their own “retention roadmap” for the upcoming calendar year; and
• Understand how to correlate retention measures to stabilize their business’ revenue stream.

This course includes an online video and a corresponding online quiz.

All course content will be presented to you electronically upon completion of your purchase. This includes the video files, quizzes and certificates (certificates awarded upon successful completion of the quiz).

Learners must complete this course within 365 days from the date of purchase.  ACSM will not offer refunds, transfers, or course credits for uncompleted courses prior to their expiration date.
