Description: In today’s “new normal,” individuals’ resilience and positivity are tested daily. Be Well NOW! is a personal wellness program aimed to increase happiness, improve social and emotional wellbeing and enhance resilience. Be Well NOW! utilizes daily habit-tracking, weekly SMART goal setting, journaling, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing to help individuals live a happier, more fulfilling life NOW! Implementing programs that focus on disseminating knowledge is not enough to help people make a change. In order for a lasting change to occur, new behaviors must be adopted. Be Well NOW provides participants with the tools needed to create a lasting change.

Content: This course includes an online video and a corresponding online quiz.

All course content will be presented to you electronically upon completion of your purchase. This includes the video files, quizzes and certificates (certificates awarded upon successful completion of the quiz). ACSM will not offer refunds, transfers or course credits for not completing courses prior to their expiration date or for duplicate purchases. This course expires one year after purchase date.
