Recent evidence from the circadian field suggests that when we do something may be just as important as what we do. This course will focus on the impact that timing one’s behaviors has on physiological outcomes, as well as the effects of sleep, diet, and exercise timing on glucose and lipid metabolism, appetite regulation, food intake, energy expenditure, blood pressure, and vascular function.
