After two decades in this amazing industry, I wholeheartedly believe that we need to do LESS BETTER in order to not only help our participants/clients achieve their goals but to ensure that we have the physical, mental and emotional capacity to meet the demands we face every day.

Fitness professionals will be able to:

1. Articulate why doing LESS better can lead to less stress, increase efficiency and higher retention.
2. Convey the difference between Instructor and a Coach and why adopting a Coaching philosophy can help create greatness in individuals.
3. Have the opportunity to analyze their current business practices and then use the keys learned in this to help to improve their craft.
4. Have a deeper appreciation of what really inspires clients to commit to staying on track with their fitness goals.

This course includes an online video, PowerPoints and a corresponding online quiz.

All course content will be presented to you electronically upon completion of your purchase. This includes the video files, quizzes and certificates (certificates awarded upon successful completion of the quiz).
