EXOS Presents: Movement Preparation
In this course, Nick will discuss the basis for redefining the term warm-up and provide an evolved definition and rationale for the term Movement Preparation. He will place specific emphasis on the evidence supporting the use of dynamic stretching methods opposed to the more traditional static approach. The Movement Preparation practical will provide focused movement strategies for hip activation. Specific emphasis will be placed on instruction, error identification, error correction, and cueing.
