Learning Objectives

1. Understanding the verbal and non-verbal cueing foundations of coaching the basic 6 movements. Understanding the exercise modifications to regress or progress a movement to meet the needs of the client’s movement level/potential.

2. The session being able to apply cueing language and skills for the big 6 movements through the practical portion of the workshop. Demonstrating practical understanding of the basic verbal and nonverbal cues and movement enhancements.

3. With practical tools to enhance movement by coaching both extrinsic and intrinsically.
