IMPORTANT POLICIES Click here to read and confirm your understanding below. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and accept these
terms. By submitting this registration, you agree to receive occasional emails
from ACSM sponsors and exhibitors. To opt out of these emails, please email meeting@acsm.org.
After registering, you must verify your vaccination/test status. You will receive a link to the verification site in follow-up emails; you must complete this verification within the ten days prior to the meeting.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS ACSM requires that each in-person participant
(including but not limited to registrants, guests, exhibitors and staff) submit
evidence that they either (1) are fully vaccinated, as that term is defined by
the CDC at the time of the event, or (2) submit proof of a negative COVID-19
test taken immediately (generally within 72 hours) prior to the event. Specific
requirements, including but not limited to the type of documentation required,
the type of test required and any changes to the time period in which the test
must be administered, will be determined closer to the event based on current
CDC guidelines, as well as any applicable requirements of local government or
health authorities. Full Policy.
