Pre-registration has closed. Onsite registration rates are now in effect.
- TACSM Professional Member: $150
- TACSM Student Member: $70
- TACSM New Professional Member: $220 (includes one year membership)
- TACSM New Student Member: $70 (includes one year membership)
- Non-Member Professional: $220
- Non-Member Student: $70
GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION:
Visit the ACSM Texas Chapter Annual Meeting website for general meeting information on speakers, sessions, location & housing.
Current or Past Members of TACSM or ACSM
- Sign in to your TACSM or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
ACSM Certified Professionals
- Sign in to your TACSM or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Individuals Who Are Not Members of TACSM, ACSM, or Certifed Through ACSM
- Click the "Create a New Account" link which can be found underneath the "Sign In" box to the right.
- Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
NOTE: If you plan to join the chapter and register for the meeting at the member rate, please complete all steps within the conference registration page.
Registering Someone Else
- If the individual has an TACSM or ACSM account, login as that individual. Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
- If the individual does NOT have an TACSMor ACSM account, click the "Create a New Account" link. Enter name & complete information for the individual you are registering for the meeting. Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Registering Large Numbers of Students / Professionals
If you need to register a large number of students with a single form of payment, please contact hturner@acsm.org or 317-637-9200 x138.
Cancellation Policy-
All conference registration cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds may be obtained up to 10 business days prior to the event. Send cancellation requests to hturner@acsm.org.
ADA Notification-
Please notify the chapter no later than 1 month prior to the meeting if you need any type of spcial accommodations as a result of a disability.
