REGISTRATION:
Registration for this conference is COMPLIMENTARY. Non-members may elect to add 1 year of ACSM Northwest Chapter dues to your registration for $35 (Professional) or $15 (Student).

Registering a Group or a Large Numbers of Students with Payment
If you need to register a large number of students with registration which includes membership payments, please contact hturner@acsm.org or 317-637-9200 x138. GROUP REGISTRATION REQUESTS WITH PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 19, 2021. If your students are just attending with the complimentary registration, you may instruct them to login to their ACSM account or create a new account and register for the meeting for free. Group registration is only used when payment is being provided.
Current or Past Members of ACSM Northwest or ACSM
- Sign in to your ACSM Northwest or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
ACSM Certified Professionals
- Sign in to your ACSM Northwest or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Individuals Who Are Not Members of ACSM Northwest, ACSM, or Certifed Through ACSM
- Click the "Create a New Account" link which can be found underneath the "Sign In" box to the right.
- Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
NOTE: If you plan to join the chapter and register for the meeting at the member rate, please complete all steps within the conference registration page.
Registering Someone Else
- If the individual has an ACSM Northwest or ACSM account, login as that individual. Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
- If the individual does NOT have an ACSM Northwest or ACSM account, click the "Create a New Account" link. Enter name & complete information for the individual you are registering for the meeting. Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Cancellation Policy-
As this conference is being offered free of charge, there is no cancellation policy. Payments made for chapter dues are non-refundable.
Image/Likeness/Voice Release
I understand and agree that, as a result of participating in an ACSM conference, my image, likeness or voice may be recorded by photography, video or other medium. I hereby grant irrevocable and unrestricted permission to ACSM and its representatives or assignees to use my image, likeness or performance in any medium and for any purpose. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve such use or materials. Submission of this form acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
