MEETING SCHEDULE

REGISTRATION:
- Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration will open October 12 at 12pm in the Centennial Student Union, Minnesota State University, Mankato.
- Onsite registration is limited. Arrive no later than 12:15pm to start the process.
- Onsite payment can be made by credit card, cash or check (made out to NACSM). There is an ATM located in the Centennial Student Union.
ONSITE REGISTRATION RATES:
Northland Chapter Professional Member (name already in online database) - $85
Non-Member Professional - $155
Professional Reg. Plus 1 Year Membership - $120 ($35 of this fee is for 12 month membership through October 31, 2018)
Northland Chapter Student Member (name already in online database) - $25
Non-Member Student - $55
Student Reg. Plus 1 Year Membership - $40 ($15 of this fee is for 12 month membership through October 31, 2018)
Current or Past Members of NACSM or ACSM
- Sign in to your NACSM or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
ACSM Certified Professionals
- Sign in to your NACSM or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Individuals Who Are Not Members of NACSM, ACSM, or Certifed Through ACSM
- Click the "Create a New Account" link which can be found underneath the "Sign In" box to the right.
- Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Registering Someone Else
- If the individual has an NACSM or ACSM account, login as that individual. Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
- If the individual does NOT have an NACSM or ACSM account, click the "Create a New Account" link. Enter name & complete information for the individual you are registering for the meeting. Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Registering Large Numbers of Students
If you need to register a large number of students with a single form of payment, please contact hturner@acsm.org or 317-637-9200 x138.
All fees must be paid at the time of registration. On-site registration will be open at 12pm on October 12, 2017 at the Centennial Student Union on the campus of Minnesota State University Mankato.
Cancellation Policy-
All conference registration cancellations must be requested in writing. A 50% refund may be obtained up to 10 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be granted after October 9, 2017. Send cancellation requests to hturner@acsm.org.

Lodging-
Contact AmericInn Mankato (240 Stadium Raod, Mankato, MN) by phone (507-345-8011) for room reservations at a special rate of $84.99/night for Northland Chapter ACSM meeting participants. Early reservations are recommended as the number of rooms is limited at the special rate. Deadline to reserve a room is September 11, 2017 or until the block is full. After that date, room rates may increase. There are several other hotels in the area that can be located by searching for "Lodging Mankato, MN'" on Google or Bing.
