REGISTRATION & RATES (Online registration only. Mailed registrations will not be accepted).
Registration deadline extended to November 2, 2021. No registrations will be accepted after that date. Registration includes access to all content through May 30, 2022.
- Professional MWACSM Member- $115 (until 10/14) & $140 (from 10/15 until 11/2)
- New Professional MWACSM Member (includes 1 year of chapter membership) - $150 (until 10/14) & $175 (from 10/15 until 11/2)
- Non-Member Professional - $150 (until 10/14) & $175 (from 10/15 until 11/2)
- Student MWACSM Member- $65 (until 10/14) & $90 (from 10/15 until 11/2)
- New Student MWACSM Member (includes 1 year of chapter membership)- $80 (until 10/14) & $105 (from 10/15 until 11/2)
- Non-member Student (includes 1 year of chapter membership)- $80 (until 10/14) & $105 (from 10/15 until 10/27)
Registering a Group of Faculty and/or Students (MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 15)
If you need to register a large number of students with a single form of payment, please contact hturner@acsm.org or 317-637-9200 x138. Group registrations of 6 or more attendees from a single institution qualify for a $10 discount per student registration in the group. Group registration requests & payment information must be received by October 15, 2021.
Current or Past Members of MWACSM or ACSM
- Sign in to your MWACSM or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Emeritus Members
ACSM Emeritus member registration is $30. Please contact hturner@acsm.org to receive special rate information.
ACSM Certified Professionals
- Sign in to your MWACSM or ACSM account.
- Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
CEPA Members
- If you are a CEPA Member and also a member of MWACSM, follow the instructions above for registering as an MWACSM member.
- If you are a CEPA Member who is NOT a current MWACSM member, please contact hturner@acsm.org to receive special rate information.
Individuals Who Are Not Members of MWACSM, ACSM, or Certified Through ACSM
- Click the "Create a New Account" link which can be found underneath the "Sign In" box to the right.
- Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Registering Someone Else
- If the individual has an MWACSM or ACSM account, login as that individual. Once signed in, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
- If the individual does NOT have an MWACSM or ACSM account, click the "Create a New Account" link. Enter name & complete information for the individual you are registering for the meeting. Once you have created a new account, click "Register Myself" button and then select preferred registration option.
Cancellation Policy-
All conference registration cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds for cancellations will be provided through one (1) week before the posted meeting start date. A $10 service charge will be processed on all cancellations. Send cancellation requests to hturner@acsm.org.
Image/Likeness/Voice Release
I understand and agree that, as a result of participating in an ACSM conference, my image, likeness or voice may be recorded by photography, video or other medium. I hereby grant irrevocable and unrestricted permission to ACSM and its representatives or assignees to use my image, likeness or performance in any medium and for any purpose. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve such use or materials. Submission of this form acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
