Description
The Strategic Health Initiative on Youth Sports & Health addresses current issues in youth sports including participation in youth sports, clinical practice, research, public information and advocacy. The committee works closely with the National Youth Sports Health & Safety Institute (www.nyshsi.org) to promote programs, resources, and initiatives related to youth sports and health.
Eligibility
Committee members should include those with an interest in promoting the health and safety surrounding youth sports. Members may include Physicians, Clinicians, Practitioners and Researchers with an interest in youth sports. Committee members serve an initial 3-year term with options for renewal.
